Once you’re onboarded, you’ll get access to a secure portal where you can request changes to your website or automations, view work in progress, and download reports showing real impact.

This portal is the front end only — no backend and no authentication are connected yet, and every
number and request below is placeholder data. The layout is built so a real API can be wired in without a redesign:
the pages read their state from one JSON block, and the request form posts to a single endpoint.
You’ll see:
- A timeline of all changes made to your site or automations
- Weekly reports on lead response time, review sentiment, and chat conversion
- Direct file access to your website source — so you can edit or deploy yourself
- A log of every automation trigger and outcome — fully auditable
- A simple form to request new features or content updates
No login required for basic status — just your unique portal link. Full access requires two-factor authentication.
